Practical Information – class attendance.

Class Attendance Guidelines:

o Yoga should always be practised on an empty stomach, so leave 3-4 hours after a main meal or 2 hours after a light snack.

o Wear clothes that do not restrict your movement in any way. Most people wear leggings and a T-shirt.

o Yoga is always practised in bare feet.

o When you arrive at the Centre please leave your shoes in the hallway - there is a no shoes policy in the yoga studio.

o If you own a mobile phone please ensure it is switched off.

o Please do not wear strong smelling perfumes, deodorants or aftershave.

o You are welcome to go into the yoga studio 15 minutes before your class starts.

o If you are suffering from any minor ailment (such as a sprain or a headache) you should inform the teacher beforehand. If your problem is more serious or you are pregnant, you should inform the teacher before starting any classes. This is for your own safety. See the Medical Information page for further details.
